Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch, and it is at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot accept your order — because an item is out of stock, or we cannot take payment — we will tell you and refund anything you have paid.
We may decline an order. Where we do, we will say why unless we are prevented from doing so.
Prices
Prices are shown in the currency of the region you are browsing and can change. The price you pay is the one shown when you order.
We try hard to price things correctly, but if an item is obviously mispriced we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. We ship to over 240 countries with tracked delivery; the options and costs for your country are shown at checkout. A small number of destinations are unavailable because of trade sanctions, and those countries are not offered at checkout.
Prices in pounds and euros include VAT. Prices in US dollars do not include any local sales tax, and orders shipped outside the United Kingdom and the European Union may attract import duty and tax charged by the destination country. Those charges are set by that country, are not collected by us, and are payable by you — usually to the carrier before it will release the parcel.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
Cancelling and returning
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a legal right to cancel within fourteen days of receiving your order, for any reason, and get your money back. This right is yours regardless of anything else on this page.
To cancel, tell us within those fourteen days. You then have a further fourteen days to send the goods back, and we refund you within fourteen days of getting them.
Beyond that legal right, we accept returns for any reason within thirty days of delivery, opened or not.
Warranty
Everything we sell is genuine Apple stock, sourced as an authorised reseller, and carries Apple's standard one-year hardware warranty, running from the date we deliver it.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults and hardware failure. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or normal battery wear.
Nothing in that warranty affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
You do not need an account to buy from us.
We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or to abuse the site.
Reviews you write
Reviews are checked before they appear, so yours will not be visible immediately. We publish it with the name you gave, alongside the product.
By submitting a review you allow us to publish it on the site. We will remove reviews that are unlawful, abusive, or not about the product.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
We have not sought to limit our liability beyond that. If something goes wrong, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.
If something goes wrong
Tell us. Most problems are quicker to fix than to argue about, and the help centre lists the ways to reach us.
If you want to make a formal complaint, we will acknowledge it within 30 days of receiving it, investigate it, keep you updated as we go, and give you an outcome without undue delay.
If your complaint is about how we have handled your personal information and you are not happy with our answer, you can take it to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
